How do I list my home?
It’s easy. First create an account, then go to “Submit Property”. All you need to do is fill in the fields of the form to create your listing. You decide how much detail you want to add to your listing.
Is it really free?
Yes, you can list your home for free. However, if you’d like your home to get more exposure, it’s $29.00 for a 30 day featured position.
How will potential buyers contact me?
When you list your property, you will provide your contact information. A potential buyer can either use the information you provide (example: phone number or email) to get in touch with you or alternatively, there is a contact form they can fill out that will be sent to your email.
Is there a limit on how many pictures I can add?
No, but each picture must be less than 2MB.
How long will my property be listed?
All listings expire after 30 days. However, you can resubmit your property as many times as needed.
