    I sold my home in 14 days after posting on owners.com. I’ve used other online listing services before and they’re easier to use and the cost is cheaper. I’ll never pay 6% to sell a house again when all you need to do is get listed on the MLS through owners.com.

    I used Owners.com to sell my house close to the asking price in about a week .The buyer brought a realtor and we split the realtor fee at 2% We sign for Owner.com to do the sellers paper work cost $2000 with errors and omission insurances if you live in S Calif.! But you can get the sellers disclosure statement from your escrow company if you want you can buy the papers for about $40. We bought a sign from Vistaprint for the outside of the house. We put HOUSE FOR SALE phone number and email on the custom sign worked a very well.
